Handcrafted at a small, family-run factory in Tuscany specializing in women’s dress shoes. Founded in 1974 by a husband-and-wife duo, the factory combines exceptional attention to detail with expert technical skills, passing its Italian shoemaking tradition on to the next generation.
The upper leather comes from an Italian tannery rated Leather Working Group Silver. The Italian nappa lining comes from a Leather Working Group Approved Trader. Leather Working Group evaluates the environmental performance of leather goods manufacturers.

A thin protective film has been applied to the sole to help keep your shoes looking good and reduce waste. Remove and recycle it before wearing. If you plan to return the shoes, keep the film intact.

SHIPPING
Available inventory will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. If you prefer a certain carrier, please reach out with your name and order number and we will do our best to accommodate.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS
We offer an in-store pick up shipping option. If you select this method, we ask that you please pick up your purchase from our store within three days unless specified.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags fully intact.
- In-person within 14 days with receipt - full refund, exchange, or store credit
- Online orders must be post-marked within 10 business days - full refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Items postmarked after 10 days, or returned in-person after 14 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
- Returns are NOT available after 90 days past purchase date.
- No returns for SALE items.
TO INITIATE A RETURN FOR SHIPPING:
- Email hello@thecollectiveatparkcity.com within 10 days of your purchase to verify purchase and receive shipping authorization. Without authorization, returns will not be accepted.

- Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be processed once the merchandise has been received and inspected to ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
- You will receive your refund via the original payment card.
