Refund policy

SHIPPING:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST will be processed the NEXT business day.

  • The Collective - Park City primarily uses UPS for shipping.  If there are any special shipping instructions, please contact the store at (435) 901-5064.

  • FREE local pickup is available at The Collective - Park City.  Just select “PICK UP” during checkout and visit 675 Main Street, Park City, UT 84060.  Pick up orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Items must have been purchased within the prior 14 days of the return date.

  • You may return OR exchange the item (if available).

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.

  • Sale items are NOT returnable.

  • Outside of the 14-day return window, customers will receive store credit for their returned item.

    • Store credit never expires and may be used towards the purchase of in-stock items only.  Please note that the credit does not expire, however, it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.  You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout.  Please note that store credit is for one-time use and must be used in its entirety.

  • NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:  Bras, Bralettes, Underwear, Bodysuits, Hosiery/Tights, Bathing Suits, and Sale Items.

  • You MUST contact The Collective - Park City for return approval and to receive a shipping label.  Contact us:

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Contact The Collective - Park City

  2. Provide your email address to receive your prepaid return label.

  3. Print the label provided.

  4. Package your item carefully and adhere the label to the exterior of the package.

  5. Take your package to the appropriate shipping outlet.  (We frequently use UPS).

  6. Once we receive your return, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase, ship the alternate item for exchanges, or send you an email with your store credit code within 2-3 business days.

Please note:  The Collective - Park City is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your package, but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

EXCHANGES:

  • Items are NOT eligible for exchange if they meet any of the below criteria:

    • Sale Item

    • Ineligible Item (Bras, Bralettes, Underwear, Bodysuits, Hosiery/Tights, Bathing Suits)

    • Item has been worn, washed, or damaged.

    • A discount code for 40% off (or more) was used at the time of purchase.  Then the item is considered a SALE item.

  • If the alternative size or color is unavailable, the item may be returned (provided it meets return criteria listed above) or you may receive store credit in the amount of the returned item.
