The Collective Park City was born from a simple idea: create a store that actually feels like Park City. When Kristin Silvestri joined forces with two local women to open the boutique in 2020, the vision was to bring together fashion, lifestyle, and the unmistakable energy of a mountain town—with a point of view that felt a little more unexpected. Kristin brought serious fashion-world experience to the table, from working with designers and showrooms in Los Angeles to launching her own line, Armor & Arrows, and showing at New York and Los Angeles Fashion Weeks. Add years of retail experience and a lifelong love of style, and The Collective had its foundation: mountain practicality meets city attitude.

Today, Kristin is the sole owner and the creative force behind the Collective’s ever-evolving edit. Her philosophy is simple: fashion should be beautiful, interesting, and made for real life. That means seeking out distinctive brands, thoughtful design, quality materials, and pieces that can actually live in your wardrobe—not just look good on a hanger. Kristin’s background as a designer, athlete, coach, and retailer gives her a unique perspective on what makes something worth bringing into the shop: it needs to have style, substance, versatility, and a little something you didn’t know you were looking for.

But The Collective has always been about more than what’s on the racks. It’s about the people around them. Kristin believes Park City is strongest when its businesses, creatives, women, and neighbors support one another, which is why community is woven into everything from local artist partnerships and events to Fashion’s First Friday and collaborations with other Main Street retailers. The store was created to celebrate Park City’s past, present, and future—and whether you’re a longtime local, a weekend regular, or discovering us for the first time, you’re part of The Collective Park City.
