Available inventory will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. If you prefer a certain carrier, please reach out with your name and order number and we will do our best to accommodate.
We are offering an in-store pick up shipping option. If you select this method, we ask that you please pick up your purchase from our store within three days unless specified.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags intact for a full refund, exchange, or store credit postmarked within 10 business days of delivery. items postmarked within 15 business days are eligible for store credit or exchange only. No returns for Sale Items.
If you would like to return any item(s) from your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 business days of receiving your shipment for a return authorization.
Once you have obtained return authorization, please follow the guidelines below for returning your item(s):
- postmark will be considered as the date of the return
- items postmarked after 10 business days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
- we cannot process a refund, credit, or exchange until we’ve inspected the condition of the returned item(s). Once approved, your refund will be issued to the credit card you used to place the order. Store credit will be issued on an in-store account for you. You’ll receive email confirmation in either case.
