In this roll, you will learn to greet clients and initiate conversations, identify style tips that will help clients, help research trends that pertain to clients at The Collective. You will also assist with creative projects like content creation and store merchandising.

Marketing Assistant — In Store, Park City, UT
In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to create social media strategy, driving seasonal promotions, new brands, or upcoming events and work closely with leadership to create content for our social platforms to inform existing clients and reach new clients with a fun, chic, and edgy tone. The Marketing Assistant will act as a representative of The Collective Park City; driving positive relationships and client experiences on the sales floor with outgoing, infectious energy.

When working on the floor, you will greet clients and initiate conversations, shares style advice and product knowledge in a personalized, genuine way. Candidates should seek out information about upcoming events, special offers, and brands new and old to share with clients and contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.

Operations Assistant — In Store, Park City, UT
In this role, candidates follow operational procedures to create a clean, visually appealing store and ships online orders and helps in inventory receipt and inventory accounting. The Operations Assistant monitors the floor diligently to prevent loss or damage, and follows procedure checklists to ensure smooth store operations and alerts the Store Lead regarding supplies, maintenance concerns, or client requests.
