Can I actually fit my phone in this?
Yes — the Elsmar is compact but clever. Two zippered internal compartments fit a slim smartphone, cards, keys, cash, and lip balm. It's a lot of bag in a little package.
Can I wear it three ways?
Absolutely. Crossbody with the chain on, shoulder bag by looping it shorter, or full clutch mode with the strap detached. One bag, three looks, infinite outfits.
What's the difference between Black and Silver?

What does "remnant leather" mean?
ELK works closely with their makers to source leathers left over from other brands' production runs — material that would otherwise go to waste. It's the same quality as new leather, with a smaller footprint.
Will the leather look different over time?
Yes, and that's the point. Genuine leather softens and develops a patina with use, making your Elsmar uniquely yours. Condition it regularly to keep it at its best.

SHIPPING
Available inventory will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. If you prefer a certain carrier, please reach out with your name and order number and we will do our best to accommodate.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS
We offer an in-store pick up shipping option. If you select this method, we ask that you please pick up your purchase from our store within three days unless specified.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags fully intact.
- In-person within 14 days with receipt - full refund, exchange, or store credit
- Online orders must be post-marked within 10 business days - full refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Items postmarked after 10 days, or returned in-person after 14 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
- Returns are NOT available after 90 days past purchase date.
- No returns for SALE items.
TO INITIATE A RETURN FOR SHIPPING:
- Email hello@thecollectiveatparkcity.com within 10 days of your purchase to verify purchase and receive shipping authorization. Without authorization, returns will not be accepted.

- Via email, provide The Collective Park City with the tracking information.
- Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be processed once the merchandise has been received and inspected to ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
- You will receive your refund via the original payment card.
