Who Are We? The Collective Park City is a women's clothing and home goods boutique that partners with quality, global brands to present a unique selection of goods. We offer a personalized and high-quality shopping experience to our clients and we pride ourselves on creating relationships with those who visit the store.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with leadership to create social media strategy, driving seasonal promotions, new brands, or upcoming events.
  • Works closely with leadership to create content for our social platforms to inform existing clients and reach new clients with a fun, chic, and edgy tone.Act as a representative of The Collective Park City; driving positive relationships and client experiences on the sales floor with outgoing, infectious energy.
  • Greet clients and initiate conversations, shares style advice and product knowledge in a personalized, genuine way.
  • Seeks out information about upcoming events, special offers, and brands new and old to share with clients.
  • Contributes to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
  • Shares ideas with peers and leadership, actively participates in meetings, store initiatives, and brand promotion.
  • Follows operational procedures to create a clean, visually appealing store.

Qualifications:  

 

  • Experience with creative content on social media platforms. (Can be personal accounts).
  • Client relationships should be your passion!
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Team player with an eye toward the big picture.
  • Prompt and clear communicator.
  • Availability on weekends and holidays are imperative.  The holidays and summer are peak tourist season in Park City.  You must be available during these times.

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Part-Time.
  • Hourly employment $20-$28 per hour DOE, plus 2% in-store commission.
  • Monthly Sales Goal Incentive
  • Quarterly Sales Goal Incentive
