Who Are We? The Collective Park City is a women's clothing and home goods boutique that partners with quality, global brands to present a unique selection of goods. We offer a personalized and high-quality shopping experience to our clients and we pride ourselves on creating relationships with those who visit the store.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to greet clients and initiate conversations.
- Learn to identify style tips that will help clients.
- Help research trends that pertain to clients at The Collective.
- Assist with creative projects like content creation and store merchandising.
- Contributes to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
- Participates in all aspects of small business operations with an eye toward learning. This may be store appearance and cleanliness, it may be content creation, it may be client outreach. Openness to learn wins the day!
Qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Team player with an eye toward the big picture.
- Prompt and clear communicator.
- Availability on weekends and holidays are imperative. The holidays and summer are peak tourist season in Park City. You must be available during these times.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Part-Time.
- Hourly employment $18 per hour DOE.
