Is the Sable Hat made from real leather or fur?
Neither. It features faux leather and faux fur, giving you the statement look without real leather or fur.
What color is it?
The exterior is black faux leather, paired with natural sable-toned faux fur. “Sable” describes the color here, not real sable fur.
Can I wear the ear flaps different ways?
Yes. Wear them down for the classic trapper look, or fold them up and secure them with the small buttons.
How should I style it?

How do I clean it?

SHIPPING
Available inventory will ship within 1-2 business days via USPS or UPS. If you prefer a certain carrier, please reach out with your name and order number and we will do our best to accommodate.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS
We offer an in-store pick up shipping option. If you select this method, we ask that you please pick up your purchase from our store within three days unless specified.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags fully intact.
- In-person within 14 days with receipt - full refund, exchange, or store credit
- Online orders must be post-marked within 10 business days - full refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Items postmarked after 10 days, or returned in-person after 14 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
- Returns are NOT available after 90 days past purchase date.
- No returns for SALE items.
TO INITIATE A RETURN FOR SHIPPING:
- Email hello@thecollectiveatparkcity.com within 10 days of your purchase to verify purchase and receive shipping authorization. Without authorization, returns will not be accepted.

- Via email, provide The Collective Park City with the tracking information.
- Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be processed once the merchandise has been received and inspected to ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
- You will receive your refund via the original payment card.
